How to choose the size.

1. Measure your oven racks. You need to allow some space for airflow around the plate. The most common size is 38cm x 36cm (this one weighs 10.5kg). These are heavy, but can store them in the oven. To pre-heat oven and steel please allow 50minutes.

Please note due to the handling of the steel plates, there might be some scratches, marks and discolouration. This is normal and we are looking at improving the finish of them. After seasoning and use, the steel will turn completely black and you wont see those scratches.
